Booking & Cancellation Policies for Our
Booking our B & B in Chilliwack BC
• A major credit card is required to book a reservation.
• Deposits will be charged to a major credit card, which you will need to produce when paying the balance.
• Minimum age of primary booking guest is 19 years.
• We do not accept personal or business checks.
• Reservations are not confirmed until a credit card is accepted, and a confirmation is sent to you.
• All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation-only Bookings
• Free Cancellations with at least 14 days notice.
• The total for your stay will be processed 14 days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable.
• All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insur
Cancellation & Deposit Policy for Fishing Trips and Full Lodge Bookings
- A 50% trip deposit is required to secure your reservation. Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made with at least 60 days notice will be given a full deposit refund less a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations made with at least 45 days notice will be given a 25% deposit refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 45 days notice will forfeit the entire deposit.
- Cancellations made with less than 15 days notice will result in forfeiture of entire trip cost.
All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance.
The owners reserve the right to adjust this policy on a case by case basis.
Other Policies
*Check In: 4pm to 9pm. Please notify us of your arrival time. Earlier check-in after 1pm available upon request only, a $45+ tax fee applies. Subject to availability.
*Check Out : 11am. Late Check-out of 1pm available, $45+ tax fee applies. Subject to availability.
*PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved pets that do not disturb other guests. Enhanced cleaning fee for pet stays is $75+tax per pet, per stay. Maximum 2 pets for $120+tax. Pets must not be left unattended and off of furniture/beds.
*Smoking is permitted on outside decks, but absolutely forbidden indoors.
*Shared Hot Tub is open from 10:00am at 10:30pm. Depending on demand, times can be scheduled in 45 minute increments, distributed fairly.
*Quiet Time. Please respect other guests and keep quiet after 10:30pm.
