Accommodations & Room Information
- Our Chilliwack B&B has accommodations for up to eight guests. Pictures and individual room info at bottom of page.
- All beds and linens are top-of the-line quality.
- All rooms have an unbelievable view of the Fraser River Valley and rooms have a locking door and private entrance leading outside onto semi-private decks.
- Rooms can be configured with a King bed, or substituted for two Twin XL beds.
- We have three guest rooms, with a maximum capacity of 8 guest.
- The Panoramic Room ONLY accommodate two adults. The only exception would be a child under 4 sleeping in the same king bed. (Child fee applies)
- The Premium suite and Family suite can accommodate mac 3 adults, or two adults and children.
- Each room has a private bathroom with shower, robes and linens, TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning.
- Mini-fridge and coffee/tea station in all rooms.
- The Premium and Family suites have wet bars for basic food warming needs, and also have use of the barbecue. These kitchenettes are not meant to prepare full meals.
- The Panoramic room does not have food prep facilities and guests are not permitted to prepare meals or use the barbecue or main kitchen.
- The main kitchen where breakfast is served is off-limits for guest-use, other then morning breakfast service, provided by your hosts.
- The Premium suite has a sofa bed in a separate sitting area, suitable for one adult or two children.
- The Family Room & Triple Suite are the same room. This room.
- As a Triple room, it will accommodate 3 adults with a king and single bed, or three single beds.
- As a Family suite, it will accommodate 2 Adults, and up to 3 children in a king, single, and double futon sofa-bed
- Uber Eats & Skip-the-Dishes are available.
- Dinner service is not offered.
- Dozens of restaurants located within 15 minutes.
- PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved pets that do not disturb other guests. Enhanced cleaning fee for pet stays is $75+tax per pet, per stay. Maximum 2 pets for $120. Pets must not be left unattended and off of furniture/beds.
- Check-in time is 4pm-9pm. Early Check-in may be available before 4pm and as early as 1pm. Your request is subject to availability. $45 fee applicable.
- Check-out time is 11am. Late Check-out of 2pm may be available upon request. $45 fee applicable.
Comfortable Amenities & Features
- A 7 person 32 jet hot tub with stunning views. Private time-slots of 45 minutes can be booked so everyone can enjoy private time.
- 3 acres of private and gorgeous walking paths among the ferns and evergreens.
- Outdoor Firepits (use subject to fire bans)
- Main deck gas firepit available on request.
- Both Guest Livingrooms, hot tub, and front deck, are common spaces and open to guests.
- Quiet time is 10:30pm
Nature Paths & Riverfront Access
Enjoy the nature trails and paths on property and take a stroll for a riverside relaxation session on the banks of the Mighty Fraser River. Or lounge and soak up nature and the views from the firepit or lower lawn locations.
Riverfront Rainforest
We are situated on 3 acres of majestic riverfront mountainside rainforest. The entire property is covered with ferns while overhead you will find towering Firs, Cedars, Alders, Pine, Birch, Maple, Cottonwood Dogwood, and Japanese Maples.
Wildlife & Nature
There are several outside viewing decks available for your enjoyment, allowing private space for all guests, even when fully booked.
Bears, deer, racoons, rabbits, eagles, owls, woodpeckers, hummingbirds to name a few, are regularly seen on the property from the deck.
