FAQ’S & INFO

  • 2 night minimum stay.  Inquire for last-minute exceptions.
  • A valid major credit card is required to book.
  • Free cancellations up to 14 days in advance, after that non-refundable.
  • PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved pets that do not disturb other guests.  Enhanced cleaning fee for pet stays is $75+tax per pet, per stay.  Maximum 2 pets for $120+tax.  Pets must not be left unattended and off of furniture/beds.
  • Check-in time is 4pm-9pm.  Early Check-in may be available before 4pm and as early as 1pm. Your request is subject to availability.  $45 fee applicable.
  • Check-out time is 11am.  Late Check-out of 2pm may be available upon request.  $45+tax fee applicable.
  • All requests are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • Our Chilliwack B&B has accommodations for up to eight guests.
  • All rooms have an unbelievable view of the Fraser River Valley and rooms have a locking door and private entrance leading outside onto semi-private decks.
  • All rooms can be configured with a King bed, or substituted for  two Twin XL beds.
  • The Panoramic Room  ONLY accommodates two people. The only exception would be a child under 4 sleeping in the same king bed. (Child fee applies)
  • Premium Suite has a separate livingroom with hide-a-bed sofa suitable for children only, max. 2 adults plus 2 young children.
  • Each room has a private bathroom with shower, robes and linens, TV, WiFi internet, A/C & heat, mini-fridge and coffee/tea station.
  • Rooms do not have cooking facilities and guests are not permitted to prepare meals or use the barbecue or main kitchen.
  • The main kitchen where breakfast is served is off-limits for guest-use, other then morning breakfast service.
  • The Family Room & Triple Suite are the same room:
    • As a Triple room, it will accommodate 3 adults with a king and single bed, or three single beds.
    • As a Family suite, it will accommodate 2 Adults, and up to 3 children in a king, single, and double futon sofa-bed
  • Uber Eats & Skip the Dishes are available.
  • Dozens of restaurants within 15 minutes.
  • The 7 person 32 jet hot tub is shared. Time-slots of 45 minutes can be booked so everyone can enjoy private time.
  • Outdoor Firepit use subject to fire bans.
  • Main deck gas firepit available on request.
  • Both Livingrooms, hot tub, and front deck, are common spaces and open to guests.
  • Quiet time is 10:30
